Meet Tabitha A Student in Our Massage Therapy ProgramWhat brought you to Dorsey?  Why did you decide to study at Dorsey?

How/why did you select your specific program of study at Dorsey?

“I have always wanted to work in the medical field, but time was a consideration.  I have a family to support.  Massage Therapy allows me to fill my needs and desires career wise.”

What is/has been the best part of your experience studying at Dorsey?

“The education is outstanding.  Dorsey’s program will allow me to work almost anywhere, whether it is medical (clinical), spa or sports massage.”

What has been your favorite class in your program thus far?  Why has it been your favorite?

“I have really enjoyed the capstone/clinic portion.  I have a chance to use everything that I have learned + lets me know that I have made the right decision.”

“Take charge of your life.  Do something that you will be proud of.  Stop working a job and find a career.”

What advice might you give to a friend or classmate currently studying at Dorsey who is struggling and thinking about giving up?

“Don’t quit.  Keep going.  We all have struggles in life.  Growing as a person is not easy, but it will be worth the struggles when you have a career to be proud of.”
