Students at the Dorsey Schools Southgate, MI Campus Give Back!

Southgate 1

Muhammad Ali once said, “Service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on earth.”  That couldn’t be truer, and for those who give back to others, the gesture can be truly gratifying.  At Dorsey Schools, we encourage our students and staff to find ways to give back to their local communities and we are always amazed by the generosity of our campuses. This week, we want to give a special shout out to the students and staff at Dorsey Schools Southgate campus.

During the Summer A module, the Southgate, MI campus raised $300 from Jeans Day fundraisers, which was then donated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.  During the Summer B module, the Southgate, MI campus raised another $300 to benefit the Alzheimer’s Foundation. Students and staff at the Southgate, MI campus take their philanthropy very seriously, and are already planning events during the holidays to benefit other charities assisting those in need.

Great job, Southgate Campus!!  #DorseySouthgate
