Dueling Chefs Pop-Up Restaurant Event

Join us at Dorsey Culinary Academy in Pontiac on Saturday, February 23, 2019, at 6 PM for our Dueling Chefs event.  Two of our talented chef instructors from the Roseville, MI campus and two of our talented instructors from the Waterford-Pontiac, MI campus will lead a team of students in preparing a ‘dueling’ dinner.  Attendees will have the opportunity to sample the offerings from each kitchen and then vote for which dishes/campus had the best cuisine.  Check out the menus for this event below.  Don’t miss this opportunity to enjoy some great food and witness a spirited competition among some of our culinary masterminds!
