“Director’s Dinner” Pop-Up Restaurant Event

Come and enjoy a 10-course dinner with a musical theme!  Dinner will be prepared by Dorsey Culinary Academy’s Program Director, Chef Matt Schellig (with assistance from students and staff at Dorsey Culinary Academy).
